ROW DTLA

This massive complex consists of 9 buildings with 200,000 sf of retail and 1.2 million sf of office. Built by the Southern Pacific Railroad as a terminal and wholesale market in the early 20th century, it typifies industrial Beaux-Arts style with large open floor plans, ideal bay depths, bright multi-pane windows, and significant architectural details.

PacMutual Building

Three interconnected buildings built between 1908 and 1926, PacMutual totals over 400,000sf and represents an impressive example of the coveted elements of a historic building along with modern systems and features. Each of the buildings offers high ceilings and open floor plans that are ideal for creative space users. It is LA’s only historic building to receive LEED Platinum designation, and adjacent to the Millenium Biltmore hotel.

626 Wilshire

The 626 Wilshire Boulevard building was constructed in 1967 by C.L. Peck Contractors. C.L. Peck was one of the L.A.’s major construction contractors in the 1960s and 1970s. 626 Wilshire was built as a Class “A” structure for the headquarters of its owner, State Mutual Savings & Loan. As one of the most experienced development and management firms in California, Barker Pacific Group restored the building status as a Class “A” property and has attracted tenants who have brought life back into this office tower.

City Market South

City Market South breathes new life into the oldest wholesale produce market in Los Angeles, bringing world-class dining and cocktails, one-of-a-kind retail and Class-A creative office space to distinct buildings that all surround an open central plaza.
